Shipping Policy

We take pride in ensuring your order is prepared and shipped as quickly and carefully as possible. All orders are shipped using Australia Post or Sendle, depending on your location and delivery preferences.

Order Processing Times

Orders placed on a business day (Monday–Friday) are fulfilled the same day and shipped the following business day. In some instances, we may be able to dispatch your order the same business day, however, this is not guaranteed. What is guaranteed is that your order will always be shipped the next business day after fulfillment.

Please note that no orders are fulfilled, processed, or shipped on weekends. Orders placed over the weekend will be fulfilled on Monday, ready to be shipped out that same day.

If your order is placed on a Friday, it will typically be fulfilled that day but shipped the next business day (Monday). In the event of a public holiday or long weekend, dispatch will occur on the next available business day (usually Tuesday).

Express Shipping

If you select Express Shipping, orders placed before 10am AEST will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 10am will be shipped the following business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your parcel has been handed over to Australia Post or Sendle, it is in their care. Please note that delivery timeframes provided by these carriers are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, public holidays, or service delays.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates or times once your order is in transit. If you have concerns about your parcel’s delivery progress, please contact the courier directly using the tracking information provided. If you contact us regarding your parcel, we can only reach out to the courier on your behalf, as we no longer have control over it once it leaves our premises.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

In the unlikely event that your parcel is declared lost or stolen, and the courier company refuses to provide compensation, please contact us directly. We will do our best to assist in arranging a replacement or refund where possible.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping details - including your name, address, and contact number - are entered correctly at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Local Delivery (Western Sydney)

If you are local to Western Sydney, we offer personal delivery for orders over $100 within a 10km radius of Minchinbury. While we strive to deliver promptly, this cannot always be guaranteed for the following business day. If you require urgent local delivery (e.g., for a gift), please contact us via email to arrange a suitable time.
