Refund & Returns Policy

At Aellaa Collective, every piece is created and packaged with care. I want you to love your purchase, and I’m committed to ensuring that each item arrives as described and in perfect condition. However, please take a moment to read through our refund and exchange policy before placing your order.

Jewellery:
All gold-plated, sterling silver, and beaded jewellery pieces must be handled with care. To preserve their beauty, please avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products, and remove your jewellery before swimming, showering, sleeping, or exercising. Items that have been misused or not cared for properly cannot be refunded or replaced.
Due to health and safety reasons, earrings are strictly non-returnable unless deemed faulty, in which case photographic evidence must be provided. If a bracelet or other item doesn’t fit quite right, I’m happy to arrange a refund or, where possible, custom-make a new piece in your preferred size.

Hair Accessories:
For hygiene reasons, claw clips, hair scrunchies, and hair clips cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty. Please provide photos of any faults so I can assess and arrange a suitable resolution.

Ceramic & Gold-Foiled Mugs:
All mugs must be hand-washed only and handled with care. Refunds will not be issued if the product has been damaged due to improper care. However, if your mug arrives chipped, cracked, or faulty, I’ll gladly offer a replacement or full refund.

Evil Eye Trinket Bowls:
These delicate pieces also require hand washing and gentle handling. Refunds cannot be provided for damage caused by improper care, but faults or defects will always be fully refunded or replaced.

Soap Bars:
For hygiene and safety reasons, soap bars are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please email hello@aellaacollective.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. I offer either a full refund or a replacement, depending on stock availability. Please note that I don’t offer refunds for change of mind.

To ensure your request is received, please do not send messages via social media, as they may be missed. If you haven’t received a reply within one business day, please email again or follow up on social media to let me know.
